He would be doing that for hours... 
finally I decided on something for an icon, it sure took me long enough. >___>
I like this one a lot more then the other Ink loop I might have used, the other one had to much going and it went to fast. This one has an ok speed and its simple.
But sadly for my icon I had to cut out 3 frames for it to fit. ;A;
So this is the big version with no frames cut from it.
let me know what you guys think.

Also, he's definitly a pro at this - I have tried it on different occasions, and it's not as easy as he makes it to be xD
